Implementing AI in your business — without replacing the systems that already work for you

You have a business that works. It has processes that take time. Some of them — only AI can solve.

Most businesses don't need an "AI revolution." They have a management system, an online store, accounting software, and a way of working that has been established over years. What they need is something else entirely: identifying the points where an employee sits and types, copies, reads, and sorts by hand — and letting a computer do it for them.

Until recently, some of these tasks simply could not be automated. A computer could not read a scanned invoice in Hebrew, understand a customer's email, or draft a price quote. Today it can. And what two years ago sounded like a project worth hundreds of thousands of shekels for huge companies — is now accessible to small and medium-sized businesses, for the cost of a regular automation project.

What does this look like in practice? (Examples from the field)

Reading documents directly into the management system. Supplier invoices in Hebrew — scanned, photographed, each supplier in a different format — are automatically read by AI, decoded into organized fields, and directly entered into Priority. No typing, no copying errors, no pile of paperwork waiting for the end of the month.

Automated quotes. A system that knows your previous quotes, writing style, and pricing — and produces a professionally designed quote in minutes instead of an hour of work. This is how I build iTa Solutions' own quotes today.

Smart customer service response. A customer asks, "What's the status of my order?" — the AI understands the question, pulls the real status from the system, and answers. Not a chatbot with rigid scripts, but a system that is connected to the business's real data.

Connecting worlds. For customers like Shagal Baby, Diamond Chef, and Foldees, orders from the online store flow automatically to the management system, the warehouse, and the logistics company — including handling Hebrew, VAT, and all the little details that international systems don't recognize.

Why iTa Solutions?

Because real AI implementation is not “opening ChatGPT.” It’s integration: connecting AI to your existing systems so that information flows end-to-end, without manual intervention. This is exactly the area I’ve been working in for years — integrations and automations between Priority, Shopify, WooCommerce, Priority, and dozens of other systems — and AI is the newest and most powerful tool in this toolbox.

I don't sell an off-the-shelf product. I come in, learn how your business works today, identify where you're wasting time — and build a solution that integrates with your existing way of working, not replaces it.

How do you start?

First characterization call — free of charge and without obligation. We will go over your work processes together, identify 2–3 points where AI and automation will save you the most time and money, and you will get a clear picture of what is possible, how much it costs, and how much it saves.
